At SparklyLand, we carefully pack and ship your jewelry to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates.

SparklyLand is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
