Refund & Store Credit Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at sparklyland@yahoo.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions. Approved items must be sent to our return address in Lake Jackson, Texas.
Store Credit (No Cash Refunds)
Approved returns and adjustments are issued as store credit only.
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
Store credit:
- Is issued to the customer’s account
- Has no expiration date
- Can be used toward any future purchase on our website
- Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Store credit may be issued in cases of eligible returns, exchanges, order issues, or as a courtesy resolution. Approval and amounts are determined at our discretion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
